Always learn to adapt
If the Covid-19 pandemic has taught us anything, it’s that life has the ability to change dramatically at any given point.
The pandemic has turned the world on its head and it has forced businesses across the globe to adapt to a new way of operating. This has also been the case here at Marshall, as we have had to quickly modify our services and products to suit the hospitality industry.
At the start of the first lockdown we enhanced our product offerings to include new hygiene products and screens, as well as increasing the services we provide.
What we have learnt is that companies should always be ready for change and keep an open mind about their offerings and be willing to adapt them if the opportunity arises.
